Photoboxx Warranty

The Photoboxx Printer Lifetime Warranty is a statement of confidence to our customers to the reliability of Photoboxx 7, which is designed and manufactured to the highest standards in quality, style, appearance and durability. This warranty reflects a tradition of excellence and a commitment to superior manufacturing, innovative design and craftsmanship dedicated to you, our customer. This warranty is our pledge to you that we will proudly stand behind our products.

What is Covered? ‍

This warranty covers any defects in manufacturing, material, and craftsmanship, provided that the consumer purchased the products from directly from Photoboxx. Photoboxx cannot guarantee the quality or condition of products from unauthorized sellers who do not agree to meet our high standards, and therefore, no warranty is provided for products from unauthorized sellers. This warranty also covers and extends the manufacture’s 3-year warranty on the printer inside the Photoboxx v7 device.

How Long Does the Coverage Last? ‍

This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser as long as you own Photoboxx 7 AND the original consumer purchaser has continued an active subscription to the Photoboxx Membership. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your Photoboxx v7 OR cancel your Photoboxx Membership at any time for any reason.

What Will Photoboxx Do? ‍

If Photoboxx determines, following an assessment, that the equipment contains a manufacturing fault, or malfunction in material or craftsmanship, Photoboxx will repair or replace it at our expense.
You are also entitled to have the goods assessed for damage directly caused by you and not covered under this warranty. We will gladly repair or replace the equipment to be of acceptable quality at a predetermined repair cost that will be paid by you ahead of repair.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover? ‍

This warranty does not apply to a Photoboxx v7 device which has been subject to misuse, improper installation, improper shipping & protection, dropped and damaged or other accidents, exposed to damaging materials that may cause the product to break down, natural disaster, or has been altered. Products may experience changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear.  Normal wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered by this warranty. This warranty also does not cover any damages or expenses caused by any defective product. This warranty does not apply to any other previous versions of Photoboxx (v6, v5, v4).

How Do You Get Service? ‍

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST:

1. Contact Photoboxx Support (support@photoboxx.me) specifying the defect and requesting instructions on how to proceed;
2. Fill out the Photoboxx repair/warranty request form and wait for a service representative to provide instructions for return;
3. Return the product with the provided return label to Photoboxx within thirty (30) days after being instructed to do so by Photoboxx, and allow Photoboxx to inspect the product for a reasonable time (1-2 business days);
4. Once a diagnosis and/or a repair/replacement decision has been made, Photoboxx will reach out via email to finalize the process and return the product back to you;

The warranty repair/return processing time varies, but typically takes between 10-15 business days (depending on type of repair/replacement) to complete from the time the product has been shipped to Photoboxx and the time it is received back in the hands of the original consumer purchaser.

Your Rights under State and Other Law: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States, province to province in Canada.

‍Photoboxx warrants for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser that Photoboxx v7 will be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and craftsmanship.
